She ruined my hair. She said she has experience with different textures and she botched my hair. I showed her pictures of myself with the hair I wanted and my hair is nothing like this. It took her two hours to cut my hair. My old stylist that works out of LA takes 30-40 minutes tops to cut my hair and it looks beautiful, always. I wanted to try something close to home since my husband and I moved to Lake Arrowhead over a year ago. She gave me a complimentary Birthday wash. My husband was waiting for 1.5 hours longer than we thought the appointment would take. I was in a rush to get out and I tipped her $10 because I have been in service myself.
