To be fair, I am biased!!! That being said, I love this place and the people who work there! I was a client long before I was an employee and I have never had any problems! Colette even took the time to help me figure out an issue with the IRS!!! Thank you Colette 🥰

I own a small business in Redding and last year we decided it was time to look for a new bookkeeper. A friend recommended Ziptax and after meeting with Heather and her crew we felt very comfortable with their approach. They took over bookkeeping services late in 2019 and are incredible. They are quick to respond to questions, and were incredibly helpful when we changed business structures in the middle of 2020. I won't go anywhere else and have no complaints. An amazing and knowledgeable crew, reasonably priced, responsive and very personable to deal with.

I cannot say how much I am impressed with ZipTax! Colette saved my husband and I THOUSANDS of dollars in taxes with a simple suggestion to open an IRA account!I inadvertently made a big mistake after filing with Turbo Tax and I panicked after getting a letter from the IRS. The folks at H&R Block gave me incorrect information, telling us we couldn't refile, but they were WRONG!I cannot thank ZipTax and especially Colette enough for saving us so much, Plus we got a REFUND!! Needless to say, we will DEFINITELY be back next year!
