We were very happy in our experience with Winter Drafting. Everything was completed very thoughtfully and the house turned out exactly as we hoped! It's a beautiful home and we couldn't be happier with the design. It fits our lot really well and stands out in the area.
Winters Drafting was awesome to work with. Purchased plans for a new ADU and their help with getting all the documents together to get the building permit approved. I will definitely be using them for possible new rental builds in the future. Only it won't be in the City of Redding. Very frustratingly slow department to get anything approved. Winters Drafting definitely made it happen. Thanks again
Joseph at Winter Drafting was awesome from the beginning to the end of the process. We had several custom requests for our design and he was very accommodating. I appreciated when he made suggestions that would be more cost effective for us.
