Rented a home from Sean for a year and he was a great, professional landlord! Never had any issues.

Very poor customer service. I have trying to contact him many time about a property I was interested in and never got a hold of him. Each time I called him it went to his voice mail direct me to his website.

After several decades (it seems) of getting just a handful of flyers in the mail, I am glad I kept one. Sean was so attentive and GREAT at keeping me updated every step of the way. He knows the area, knows real estate and is full of great advice. Icing on that cake is he's nice. A GENUINE sweet soul--not easy to come by these days.In selling my house decades ago, I saw firsthand that problems arise that are out of our control. Not only must all "I's" be dotted and "T's" crossed, a whole lot of checking and cross checking must be done. In my case, I had to move back into my house. Yep, a social security number issue.
