Back in May our home burned down and we contacted Welch to see if we could get a toilet on the property and the lady on the phone was very friendly and our cleaning service guy Dennis is very nice and does a super job cleaning the whole inside and out once a week for us its been 4 months now and we always look forward to saying hello to Dennis when he arives. I highly recommend this company for whatever your needs may be.
So grateful for my terd wrangler Dennis! Having never lived in a trailer or dealt with anything septic in my life, I was super stressed at what having my trailed emptied would entail. Quickest phone call ever & surprising low price, like how do they even make any money? Since December I have been calling in a state of panic every month or so, ‘I need my septic emptied now!!’ And somehow someway they always pull through. My lack of experience and frantic state has never deterred them and sometimes he even adds me on to his route in a matter of minutes. I'm very impressed with how easy they made the experience from the 1st phone call to the tech Zack who came out I would recommend them to anyone. They are excellent and you can't bet the price it's the best around thank you Welch for all your work ?
