My experience with Welch was comprehensively positive positive and delightful. They responded immediately to our need (a near, overflowing septic, well passed its pump by date) showed up as promised, explained our issue in terms an ignorant homeowner could understand, and made recommendations to prevent the problems in the future.Patrick, the technician they sent to pump out our tank, was amazing.I cannot recommend Welch highly enough!

Making an appointment was easy and within the week of when I called. The morning of my appointment, he was early and got it all done under an hour. The whole process, which I’ve never done before, was made extremely easy by everyone at Welch. All my questions were answered and I am extremely happy with the result. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
