Trilogy Architecture is very professional, understanding and a very nice group of men and women. I look forward to working with them on my development in 2023. 😊

Recently we lost our home in the Carr Fire and were completely devastated and confused about our choices. James Theimer and Trilogy Architecture were there for us, and immediately agreed to help us out with developing plans for rebuilding our home while offering us a deep discount from the industry standard. He and his colleague, Bryson Schreder met with us for a couple hours to discuss our family's needs and review our old plans and help us visualize our new home. This was less than two weeks after the fire and it meant so much to us to have his support when we were truly lost. We felt more grounded and more hopeful. They then did an onsite inspection of our property before the debris removal crews showed up so they could gather additional information for the rebuild. Later, we decided to purchase a home instead of rebuilding and asked James to provide us with an invoice billing us for his professional time. He declined, stating that he wanted to help us out in any way he could in light of our great loss. This was unexpected. I have known of James for years and knew about his solid reputation, integrity, commitment to our community and his creative vision but this was my first professional interaction with him and his team. I really can't describe how grateful I am for him stepping up for us when we needed to have hope. Many people have been there for us with words of support and encouragement and we appreciate them all. And then there are people like James who did not hesitate when he learned of our loss and responded to our tragedy by offering us his professional services. It is companies like Trilogy Architecture that reveal the character of our community and how we come together in times of crisis and catastrophe. Time will pass and each of us will return to our own version of "the new normal" but I won't forget that James was there of our family when we needed support, reassurance and guidance.
