I have been personally working with Timberline Heating and Air for almost 9 years now and our Company has used them even longer than that. They are always so helpful, professional and timely with repairs and replacements of our HVAC units here at Shasta Creek Apts. Even more important is the fact that we trust them. I just had a full hvac replacement after buying a house with a 25 year old unit. From the start, Timberline offered excellent customer service, provided a quote for multiple options, covered all required permitting, and used top of the line equipment that made financing very easy. While I waited for my install date, they provided a loaner portable unit, just in time to get me through a heat wave. Their field team & administrative staff are very responsive & professional, they even sent someone to my house on a Sunday to check up on a concern I had. Chris at Timberline Heating and Air has never let us down. His prompt, professional service is a given and when we needed emergency after hours service he was there for us. We have several vacation homes in Lakehead, and with the intense August temperatures we couldn’t afford to have our AC go out. Chris was at our door in 30 minutes after my initial call and diagnosed and repaired our mini split up in our loft… most intense area of heat in our home. The guests were happy, I was (again) so grateful. THANK YOU Chris and Timberline for your incredible efforts.
