My puppy, Jaeger, had a bad experience at another salon in town. I explained his anxiety and fear of being groomed to the Paw Spa, and they said they’d work with him to overcome his fear. When I arrived for his first appointment, they met him on his level, and fostered a soothing environment for him immediately. They were gentle and calm with him, and by the time I left him his tail was wagging and he was freely roaming around exploring. They called me about an hour later to let me know he was ready. When I arrived, he was calmly sitting and waiting for me. He was not anxious, nervous, or frightened. He was beautifully groomed, happy, and looked amazing! We will definitely be back, and I cannot express my gratitude to the Paw Spa for their professionalism, understanding, and great customer service.
