From the time I first brought my dog in to the salon at the old location years ago, the staff remembered her at each subsequent visit and even our nail trim preference, and we only come in a few times a year! She can be a little nervous like most pups during a trim, but they are very patient, accommodating, and reassuring. They have squeezed us in for a walk-in minutes from closing and they take card payment, unlike so many other groomers in town, which was honestly the reason we gave them a try in the first place years ago, besides the glowing reviews obviously.

So friendly and they treated our old little Paco like the king he is. (Even if he doesn't agree) They have been really good at taking care of his nails and smelled great for several weeks after his bath We'll be coming back for sure

I cannot think of a business in Redding that I would recommend more than Modern Pup. Jasmine and her team are incredible; they are always kind, excellent at communicating, and do a top notch job on grooming (one of the few places in Redding that will do a scissor cut). Matilda (our dog) absolutely loves all of the staff.
They seem to take pride in their facility - the design is bright and cheery and is always very clean. I've walked into other groomers and could immediately tell by the smell that it wasn't sanitary. I don't have to worry at Modern Pup for the health of Matilda
