Had no expectations as a walk in. I just wanted a sauna and was grateful I could get in. Didn't realize it was a dry sauna but it was still very hot and relaxing. The bench was a little small (I'm 5'3", 115 lb.). 30 minutes was perfect. The salt room was a little cold so I'd ask for a blanket next time. You basically sit in a very comfortable chair in a room with nice music and do nothing. Breathe. I saw a very thin layer of salt on the arms of the other chairs when done (30 minutes), but couldn't really tell if anything was happening. Being still for this long was a nice treat at 2 p.m. Next time I'll bring my rosary. I'm going back for the spa package.
I have been here twice now. My first massage was with Ciera and my second with Amy. Both were good, completely different styles, but I like that you can get different people who specialize in different things. I also really love going to their sauna prior to getting a massage. The prices are really reasonable.
I have been here for a few massages. Darnella (I think her name was) was great, deep tissue with mint oil opened up my tight muscles. I like the infra red sauna prior (may need to ask for this order) to loosen the muscles. And their salt room is peaceful and refreshing. Friendly people.Sometimes they are running behind and switch up the order of things so be sure to specify what you’d like.The woman chiropractor there was very professional, great adjustments and I really felt that my time was honored when she made up for their mistake in scheduling (one day I ended up waiting a few hours and my massage therapist never showed).
