Having been a now retired CA Broker of 40 yrs I know when a devoted journeyman is at his peak. Skip is the absolute best. We just completed our second home sale with Skip Murphy of The Address Realty. We couldn't be more satisfied with the service and professionalism. The photography of our property and the descriptions were outstanding, including the descriptive ariel shots with his drone. The fees are considerably lower than the standard Realty Agencies' fees. Erin and Skip Murphy's service is invaluable. They have always gone above and beyond expectations.
