The Address Realty, led by experienced real estate professional Skip, has earned glowing reviews for its exceptional service. Clients praise Skip's professionalism, attentiveness, and proactive approach, which have enabled them to make informed decisions and close escrow with ease. Skip's photography and drone video have been instrumental in capturing potential buyers' interest, and his guidance through the complicated real estate contracts has been highly valued. Clients have been able to sell their homes for a substantial amount over the asking price, thanks in part to Skip's advice and counsel. The Address Realty is a trusted choice for those looking to sell their homes in the Shasta County area.

I had the distinct pleasure of working with the team at The Address Realty! Skip Murphy knows his business and is a gifted photographer capable of capturing subtle property nuances that go far beyond words. Having been a now retired CA Broker of 40 yrs I know when a devoted journeyman is at his peak. Skip is the absolute best. I can recommend Skip and Broker Erin to any and all that seek true professional representation in selling their property. Thank You Address Realty! You’re the BEST!
