Caitlyn at the smartstyle salon at the Walmart Supercenter in Medford, Oregon was kind, and excellent! I feel she embodies all of the traits of superior customer service. I hope that she can be recognized for her care, my mom and I were blown away. Grayeful!
Lorrissa (Redding Smart Style inside Walmart) is an excellent listener and gave me the exact haircut and style that I was looking for. Her friendly conversation and efficient work had me looking great for a reasonable price when I walked out from my drop in appointment.
I came in a few minutes before closing time and asked if I could be squeezed in for a quick trim. Karla graciously agreed and did a fantastic job. I have pretty long hair and just wanted the ends trimmed straight across. She did it meticulously section by section to make sure she didn’t miss any and that it was even. Super happy with the results and grateful she accommodated me!
