This might be a long review but I feel compelled to share why this was the very best therapeutic massage I’ve had! So first, let me say a few critical words. 1. Jordan. 2. Hot Stones. So I recent experienced the loss of a family member and my first born pride and joy enlisted in the military. Sad and stressed for my loss, excited and nervous for my baby. He will do incredible things serving our great country. God bless and protect him. Add in a sprinkle of work stress to the mix and the result is incredible pain and knots in my neck and shoulders. To clarify, I felt like my body was trying to contort into a pretzel. I had a gift card for another place I’ve been to several times in Redding so last week I called and begged for their earliest appointment as I could hardly turn my head anymore. I was able to get one that day thankfully. I told the gal about my muscle pain and how much I needed this massage. Fast forward to the end where I left feeling like I had been pet for the last hour. No relief. Fast forward a week when I called over to Shasta Strong Wellness and explained my pain levels and again, begged for their earliest appointment. Husband and I were to depart that morning but got notified our flight was delayed by several hours. Trying to make the most of our time, we decided to do something to help with all the stress and Jordan was incredible enough to get us an appointment same day. 🙌🏻 Thank you Jordan!!! She suggested I try the hot stones as I didn’t want deep tissue as that has left me in pain before explaining that the hot stones would work on the deeper tissue without the pressure. I readily agreed. The hot stones felt amazing!! The table was heated and I had not just a thin sheet but also a light blanket for which I was grateful because I hate being cold. She worked on my neck and shoulders diligently trying to work out the hard knots. I’ve had a lot of massages before but this is really the best I’ve ever had. It truly was therapeutic and I left there feeling like jello. Jordan, if you read this, please know that I am so grateful for your skills! I’ve been a hot mess of hard knots and pain for the last couple of weeks. Today was the first time I’ve felt relief in my neck and shoulders. Thank you so much!!!!
My first time at Shasta strong spa and after the owner Jordan set me up with mrs yarrow after I told her I do physical therapy as my career and haven’t found anyone but yarrow was on point with her strong hands and deep pressure was perfect 🤩 so if you need a good massage from Shasta strong I would recommend this place …. Thank you Mrs Jordan for your special invite to show me your spa that you have built yourself and for a single mom your doing amazing 🤩 Thanks Mike
