Medical staff are all great. Dr Fox did a great job with both my surgeries. Front office staff are not very friendly, after appointment waited 10 min to get a follow up appointment. Back office staff were all very friendly and caring.
Dr Bagga is wonderful! All the staff were exceptional and the visit went well. The wait can be a bit long but it’s more than worth it! I’ve never met a nicer and more skilled ophthalmologist! I can’t believe how well I can see!
Very professional office. I absolutely loved the young lady who helped me, I believe her name was Alyssa. She put the drops in my eyes and did most of the testing and was wonderful. Dr. Krum was excellent as well, great patient communication.
The front desk experience left a little something to be desired. I did overhear some discussion about a new policy that requires them to have to contact patients twice (before?), and a comment was made that it shouldn’t be necessary (basically they had their chance?). It came across a bit unprofessional, but the care I received in the back more than made up for it.
