I contracted with Sam Esquibel Roofing for a full roof replacement. My roof was 45 years old and the replacement was needed. A 1,000 sq ft home with attached garage. From tear off to completion the team was hard working, cleaned up and roof looks great. No problems. I had a permit and passes inspection the first time. Good communication through the job.
