Roto Rooter did a fantastic job. Their response time was amazing and Gerrhett was confident he could fix my problem (which he did), he was extremely quick, answered all of my questions and did a thorough job. Calling Roto Rooter was a smart decision. The only thing I’ll do different next time is call them immediately before I waste time trying to fix it myself.

So this is a review about the owner interaction. There was an accident with the company vehicle doing a small amount of damage to our mailbox. The owner was an honest and respectable guy about it. No hassle or anything. Came out and replaced our aging mailbox with a much nicer one! Haven’t had a need for their plumbing services but I’d say if he runs his business like he handled this he should be trusted to work on your plumbing.

I just want to thank David for the job he did for us today. I had been fighting a clogged drain and just didn't have the right tools to fix it. Not only did he come in and clear the problem, he also gave us tips on how to deal with the problem in the future. His quiet manner and willingness to teach this old teacher a few things really changed my day!!! This is the second time I have had to call Roto-Rooter in the last five years or so and both times I have been very impressed by the service. I have been recommending you to everyone without reservation.
