Dr. Sean Sumsion and I cannot say enough good about him. But sometimes the office staff is another story if you call and try to get an appointment changed it seems like something they're not able to do at all or Willing to try I've tried several times to change an appointment not because I'm being lazy and don't want to come it's because other things change in life that you can't fix I have to Pick up my sister in Arcada which is a 150 miles away drive her over here for an appointment then drive her back and then drive back home here and ready that is the 600 mile round trip about 12 hours not including the office visit I'm just asking for a little consideration when I talk to somebody there and not be treated like a second class citizen I cultivated change an appointment by one week because when they made the appointment they didn't ask they just told her when it was going to be I'm not being a smart guy but I don't understand why it wouldn't be that hard to ask somebody that lives a mile away to change your appointment by a week I asked for the office manager and She asked me why and I told her I'd like to ask somebody else if there's a chance of changing the appointment he told me the office manager wasn't the person to do that it would be a tech and they would have to call me back because they're busy. I use this office myself and I've been going here for years and nine out of 10 times everybody is great but if you call and try to change an appointment or if you're in the office and don't like the appointment they have you it seems to be a major ordeal. Maybe somebody in management will read this and do something about it or feel free to call me and we could talk about it sorry it has to be this way because you're a great office good doctors great service have done a great thing for me and my sister.
I just had lasik done by Dr. Sean Sumsion, and it was hands down the best experience with a doctor ever! His staff was also amazing and professional. Dr was very thorough, explained the whole process to me every step of the way. He made sure to take time to answer all my questions and make sure I felt comfortable. I knew exactly what to expect because he prepped me for everything. It's not often you find a doctor these days that cares as much as Dr Sumsion does. He was literally as excited about my sight as I was! I would recommend him a million times! Dont go anywhere else for lasik, this is the place for a true professional and awesome doctor!
