We have been using their services for years and will keep going back to them. We love their work, thorough and clean, great customer service. They are willing to “squeeze” us in which means they need to add onto their already packed workload. We really appreciate and satisfy with their service. We highly recommend them.
We always use Preferred Carpet because they do a superior job, taking time to use the black light, pretreating and disinfecting as needed, and leaving the carpet thoroughly cleaned. Well worth the price.
