Visiting my 90 year old aunt and her heating went out. Called Phil Carpenter's and was told they could have someone out the next morning first thing. When I explained it was for an elderly homeowner, Brandon said he would see what he could do. Called back a few hours later and said he could have a tech swing by. Took Andrew a bit to isolate the intermittent problem but found a couple of things that were not running optimally. Explained everything very well and replaced the parts and she's been warm since. Thanks Phil's for squeezing her in and getting things taken care of.

We have purchased a mini split and new HVAC system in the past few years. We also have had them do service and repair work for us. They are very responsive and trustworthy. All points of contact have been excellent; sales, installers, service technicians. Highly recommend.
