who checked me in was amazing. . If I could give them a 10 ten I would. What a deference from the other hospitals. Very organized, teams worked together, so helpful and thorough. Surgeries aren’t fun but they made it so much easier.
I had shoulder surgery may 29th 2025 and as soon as I walked in (5:30 am) I was met by the sweetest receptionist who did all my paper work. From then on it got even better. The nurses couldn't have been more pleasant and made you feel so relaxed and important. They truly cared about you and could tell they loved what they were doing, when I left they gave me a hug and a cute bag with 2 cookies. If I need anymore Surgeries again I definitely will go to Patients hospital, thank you all for being so professional
From the moment you step in there until the moment you leave, you are greeted with such nice staff members. Every interaction we had while my husband was there for surgery was truly amazing. The front desk, the nurses, and everyone else are incredibly professional and kind and they treat you like family while you’re there. They went to every length possible to make sure my husband was taken care of and we were comfortable while we waited for him. Without a doubt, one of the best experiences we’ve ever had at a hospital.
