We just completed total Computer system upgrade in our office. Obsidian laid out a clear path for what we needed and implemented our system perfectly. Chris was our lead IT guy. We hit a few speed bumps with my software and Chris demonstrated leadership and problem-solving skills throughout that process. He made himself available to me even when we had to come back another day to finish the install. I really appreciate that kind of ownership that he took in his position and for completing the task at hand. Thank you so much to Obsidian IT. I will always use them in the future.
