After experiencing persistent connectivity issues between Quickbooks and our primary server, I invested numerous hours collaborating with Quickbooks support to resolve the matter. In retrospect, had I been aware of Mike’s affiliation with Obsidian IT earlier, I could have saved approximately two weeks of valuable time by contacting their team sooner. I was desperate to find someone to help me with some issues I was experiencing on my computer while creating reports for my small contracting business. My wife was tired of hearing my frustration and complaints so she decided to make a call to Obsidian IT, and thank goodness she did. They were VERY quick to respond and TODD spent over an hour on the phone with me and was able to fix all my issues with ease, was extremely friendly, personable, and helpful.
