I have worked with Dave Rogers , who heads up NMR in Chico ca. Worked and planned a complex project that took 2 years to complete here in Chico. NMR followed up on all of my RFIs and Progress requests. We worked out problems that others never even knew about, Not one issue that was of any bother . NMR is a classy, talented group. I recommend them to anyone. None of us can do it all alone ,but when you have Dave Rogers working with you and all of his talent, you cannot fail. Dec. 2019
