Dr Moore I never realized how such an everyday task as opening a window could lead to a debilitating injury. When I first saw Dr. Moore I was in excruciating pain and in a wheelchair. I didn’t think I would be normal again. Within a short period of time I was done with the wheelchair and using a walker. Not long after that I was walking on my own. Prior to the injury (3 or 4 months), I had an intestinal issue. I spent 5 days in the hospital with severe dehydration and again a few months later for the same issue. After several blood tests, ultrasounds, CT scans, an endoscopy, a colonoscopy and the best GI doctor in town, no cause was really found. By this time I had lost 40 pounds with no diagnosis in sight. I happened to mention this to Dr. Moore at one of my appointments. Dr. Moore did some gentle manipulations on my abdomen while explaining what he was doing. He said it may be the ileocecal valve which separates the small intestine from the large intestine and helps with normal transport of food through the digestive system. He believed mine was stuck open allowing food to pass straight through causing my symptoms. Within 24 hours my symptoms were getting better and continued to improve to the point where I had no more intestinal issues. After 2 1/2 months I was walking without pain and have had no intestinal issues. It’s amazing how much we take our bodies for granted until such a simple task as opening a window can change our lives. Thank you Dr. Moore! Dr. Moore has helped me with neck, back and foot pain. When I came to Dr. Moore several years ago I was doubled up in pain from my neck and back and having trouble sleeping. I was also having so much pain in my feet that I had trouble walking. Apparently feet need adjustments and the treatment has relieved 95% of the pain with few flare ups.
