Modern Comfort Solutions is a very honest and competent HVAC service provider. Jim, the owner, diagnosed my air conditioning issue spot on and replaced a very leaky evaporator coil and properly recharged the system with the the right refrigerant. The rest of my HVAC is working fine. Jim is very knowledgable and experienced. His charges were reasonable and thousands of dollars less than other flawed estimates from other HVAC services who wanted to totally or partially replace the AC system. I highly recommend Modern Comfort Solutions!! My AC is now working great and now keeping me cool in this extreme summer heat.

Jim was very timely, professional and friendly. He communicated very well throughout the process of replacing a heater at our house.
