Jessica is the best!! she is very knowledgeable and kind. She took care of my highlights and they look great! I am a super happy client. She also gave me very good suggestions about the best products to maintain my hair healthy. I am so grateful. She is definitely a keeper! and I will highly recommend her to everybody I know. Best hair Salon friendly service here and best prices treat you like family and listen to what you want and style I'm very happy with the perm they gave me I'm going back they have the knowledge of hair products to use on your hair they care thanks again ladies your All awesome

Let me start out this review by saying that I'm not upset, just disappointed. On the evening of 12/04/2022 I visited JC Penny in hopes of getting a few more pairs of jeans. My wife, baby and I showed up 20 minutes before closing (I understand this was not ideal but I work a 9-5 and had to run a few errands before this). I picked out a few pairs of jeans and walked up the counter. I spoke to a nice young man (Caleb) and asked if I was able to use a dressing room. He stated that he would try to get one opened up for me and said it shouldn't be an issue. He radioed in and was promptly shut down by an older female voice.
