Leo did a fine job discussing options and inspecting the house. I felt very comfortable with him and his expertise. He explained their services clearly and answered all my questions. I didn't feel rushed or confused at all.
Two young men came to our home to do the annual maintenance on our air conditioner. They were polite and respectful. The unit is 17 years old and is in need of a new part or two. They explained the need and three alternatives to take care of the problem. I will receive more information and prices for the alternatives.
Service was great. The service tech was friendly and walked me through the issue in a way that was easy to understand and explained all my options instead of just trying to push me towards the most expensive choice. I felt like I could trust what the tech was saying and make an informed decision that was best for me. They also have a great membership service to help with preventative maintenance and also gives a discount on the services rendered. Very happy with the service.
