Energy Docs and Mike MacFarland did an excellent energy audit and subsequently performed a total remake of our homes energy production. We could not be more pleased. Our home is now comfortable and extremely efficient. His knowledge is beyond incredible. Mike is extremely punctual and knows his products! We hired Energy Docs and Mike MacFarland to perform an energy audit of a house we are purchasing, and are extremely glad we took this admittedly unusual step. His inspection, report, and knowledge were incredibly thorough, and provided us tremendous insight into the home's energy performance, which helped us in our purchase decision and negotiations. Since heating and cooling cost several hundred dollars per month, these insights will save us much more than the $300 cost, even within the first year.Mike's normal scope of work includes a visual inspection plus a blower door test and duct test. Lost my a/c late last night and called over several companies that couldn't get out to check it out in less than 24 hours and basically said bummer...then when I called Energy Doc they took the time to help me diagnose the problem and get them the information to find the parts I needed, and even brought the parts to me and installed them and got us running again!! Price was extremely reasonable for the fast and efficient service. Awesome customer service...You have gained a loyal customer in me. Thank you so much!!
