“I had a unit thatI was trying to rent out, REU however removed the entire meter without informing anybody, due to that I found out 2 days before I was supposed to have a new tenant move in.

I called Wagner, and they pulled a permit / scheduled a time with REU to approve the work done right after they fixed the issue.

Because they were so quick and handled everything properly, I was able to move the tenant in on time, on the rescheduled date (Wagner had 3 business days to get this sorted out)
