Very disappointed with my experience. The nail tech was extremely unprofessional when speaking to clients and repeatedly canceled and rescheduled appointments with little notice. Communication was rude and unreliable, which made the whole process stressful and inconvenient. I understand emergencies happen, but constant rescheduling and poor customer service are unacceptable when clients are paying for a service. I would not recommend based on my experience.

I tried to book an appointment and get nails done by Jada, a nail tech who works at this salon. She was completely unprofessional and cancelled my appointment twice, once while I was sitting outside the salon when it was time for my appointment already. After she tried to reschedule my appointment for the second time I told her I would be taking my business elsewhere because my time is just as valuable as hers. She then became rude and started texting me in a way that was disrespectful and unprofessional for someone who is trying to operate a business. I had a really frustrating experience with jada trying to get an appointment here. I booked several times, but each time my appointment was rescheduled, sometimes last minute. This girl doesn’t even have a car to get to work
