Dad's carpet care came out and cleaned my very filthy living room rug. Most of the stains came out, however, some remained. I called the company and they were more than happy to come redo our carpet free of charge. The second time was the charm. My carpet looks brand new. I also had them restretch a section of my carpet that had come loose next to our tile. I will definitely use them again. Thanks Joe - you were great to work with
