Big shout out to Carter Electric!! I am extremely impressed with how reliable and punctual this company was. The technician arrived exactly when scheduled and completed the work efficiently. From my very first call to Carter Electric their customer service was excellent. Every member I spoke with were professional, helpful, very knowledgeable, and responsive which made it easy to communicate. Their billing process was clear, quick, and easy to complete with no hidden fees or confusing charges. I am very pleased with the work that was done. Carter Electric is my go to for any future electrical services that I or my family and friends may need!

To whom it may concern:
I called a couple different electrical companies in the. Redding area, because I wanted to get an RV outlet on the side of my house.

Carter, electric, was personable, punctual.
The Electrician, that came out was a joy to work with... he busted out the work, got the chat with him for a couple minutes... highly recommend them!
