Had big valley come out and pump our septic. Dispatch kept us up to date on time. Raul showed up and was very professional. He let me know what he was seeing and why it was happening. Plus he is a very sweet person. If Big Valley has a employee of the year it should be Raul. Great service, price and employees.

My experience was very positive. My septic tank needed to be pumped, and everyone at Big Valley Sanitation was polite and professional. They kept me informed of the driver's arrival time, and the driver, Raul, did a great job pumping out the tank.
