I understand that she is the best! I didn't think that 60 days in advance was not enough time to be seen and receive a hem for my wedding dress. It's not wedding season so I thought it would be okay.I was told that no one would give me a. Appointment since she is booked solid for kinds of alterations and probably could expect not seeing her until well after the first year. Also, she said that there is not anyone she would recommend I try.Didn't take my name my phone numberOr seem to try at all.It's a hem and tightening of a strap.My daughter will do itAnd I will bring a lot of safety pins and staple guns to Hawaii in mid December lol

I'd give her 10 Stars if I could. She altered my suit pants to fit just right I had no idea what to do but she sure did. She's in the right business her passion shows through her work, and always has a smile on even though I caught her on a day she wasn't feeling her best. I would recommend her and we'll use her again someday I'm sure. she stays pretty busy there so make sure you give her a week or two to take care of whatever you need done.

Although she excels at alterations of all types, Barbara Stone is the best modiste I’ve ever worked with. As soon as we firm up dates, I can’t wait for her to create my daughter’s wedding gown. She has an understanding of draping silk I can’t match, so she’s stuck with me.
