I went into the store today looking for some cabinet grade plywood and drawer slides. Stephanie was super helpful and everyone was really nice. They had my plywood loaded before I left the front. Great service and good prices.
About Auburn Hardwoods Co
Auburn Hardwoods Co. offers a wide selection of quality hardwoods, but the customer service experiences vary. While some customers praise the helpful warehouse staff and good wood selection, others report issues with inaccurate measurements and rude comments from the front office. Overall, the business provides a decent selection of hardwood materials, but customers recommend verifying measurements and being prepared to challenge any discrepancies. The payment process is described as smooth for card transactions, but the setup for cash payments is not as well-established.

Very nice wood Selection but horrible customer service. The guy explained to me if I go through the wood I had to re-stack everything. My wife found a real nice piece that she liked, and we bought it while she was in paying for it. He made a comment that I can't stand women that don't know what they want. That was really wrong. I will never go back to that place again.
