Apria healthcare Redding, California rocks! My husband forgot the nose piece for his CPAP machine when we came down for a week in Redding. We called the local store and they went through what they had and found the exact one we wanted. We tried to pay them and they just said no we’re good.
On an emergency stop- my cpap machine had stopped working the night before- during a trip to CA, Mike and the other staff members at the Redding office went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of! They contacted my sleep doctor, filled out the necessary paperwork, and explained the workings of a brand new machine to me all within an hour- just so that I could continue on my trip to see family and get the needed rest each night I was visiting.
