Alonzo's has helped me multiple times in a few situations where I was stuck in security lockout because the transponder in my key stopped communicating with the ignition. Today my 07 Wrangler was back on the road in a few minutes of his arrival. He's always been very knowledgeable and professional while also making a point to be available on short notice. His response times are great I've always been satisfied with his service and his overall price once said and done has always been better then competitive companies specifically for mobile calls. I highly recommend his services if ever needed.
Most of all Raul cares about the customer, providing reasonable pricing and advising us how to get reimbursed from AAA. Raul is a young family man who is dependable, honest, and thorough. He is very experienced, being involved with his family's lock business for many years and now he is on his own with a nice mobile van set up. Raul is THE BEST!! Should we need help again, he is our locksmith!
I called Raul over the weekend when I was having trouble with my car remote. Even though he was out of town, he took the time to help me over the phone — which I really appreciated. After walking me through some troubleshooting, we discovered that the two remotes I had purchased had the wrong FCC ID.
Thanks to his advice, I ordered the correct pair from Amazon, and once they arrived, I was able to get them programmed in under a minute. As Raul suspected, the original remote was bad.
