Dan Nichols was amazing! He came to my aunts house yesterday around 5:30 pm after what I assume a long day. She just lost her husband and has had the worst luck with everything! The hvac unit was purchased from Royal Air and she has had to have them out too many times in the last month or 2. Clearly they never did their job or even explained anything to her. Dan was the total opposite! He gave her advise on what was likely causing some of the issues, she was amazed as no one told her about it other than Dan. He was sincere and simply awesome! Allianz has now gained a new customer for life thank to Dan!

My air conditioner went out on one of the hottest projected days in Redding. I actually called Gallagher’s first, but after not hearing back from them for a few hours and feeling my house rapidly heat up, I decided to call Allianz to better my chances of someone coming out to help. Best decision ever! My respect for Allianz started to bloom immediately while on the phone with the dispatchers. (There were actually two calls with the dispatchers) They were both personable and made me feel like they genuinely cared about my plight, escalating what Gallagher deemed as a regular service call to an emergency situation. When the service technician, Dan, got a hold of me he was friendly and more than willing to work with me after a family emergency forced me on an impromptu drive to the Bay Area. He politely worked with me to arrange for my brother to meet at my house instead. On arrival, Dan was efficient and as my brother later recalled, “a real cool dude.” He promptly identified the issue with my unit, fixed it, and recommended the best course of action to save money. As a result, I’m now going to be a die-hard customer as well as my other home-owning family members. It’s now the following day, I’m home with my children sitting in an air conditioned house and still holding my breath for that call back from Gallagher.
