When our son passed away it was agonizing and heartbreaking as is when any loved one is lost. Compounded by grief at the loss of a second adult Son . Allan and Dahl from ,Ethan at the desk to Greg as the manager to Caitlin with the follow up checking in on us and providing resources for after our loss . All the staff were so accommodating , compassionate and personal. We never felt upsold or pressured to add on services we didn’t need. No hidden surprises . They took such great care of our son and the preparation for our last goodbyes before his requested cremation was comforting in the midst of the agony .
