Mike is an expert in troubleshooting and following through with excellent repair. Very knowledgeable in the work he does. Is accurate and honest in the workmanship he did for me. This man cant be beat for professionalism and honesty. I will stack him up against the competition and the Ripoffs in our communities.

Did not seem to understand what I wanted when I was looking to upgrade my system to use it with my new entertainment system. I guess they are just behind the times when it comes to computer technology being integrated with entertainment. I took it to another service person who set me up correctly for my 3D Media Center system.

I have taken several computers to A Plus and they always do a great job. And they are fast. My daughter got into the registry on her laptop and really messed it up. Of course she has a paper that is due at school and really needs her computer back asap. A Plus was able to fix the problem and I was able to pick up the computer the very next day and it didn't cost more than the computer was worth. I highly recommend A Plus. The owners are good people and I trust them.
