This spa is fantastic! The facility and amenities are excellent. The locker room is clean and well stocked. There is also a dry sauna in the locker room. I had a great 75 minute massage. Felt wonderful when I left and ready to start the week! Looking forward to returning soon.

Do not waste your money, go to Burke Williams if you’re looking for a day spa, or go somewhere else if looking for a quality massage. I got a 90 minute “deep tissue” massage for my birthday and it was terrible. I was very specific on areas to concentrate and that didn’t make a difference, and the therapist used so much lotion I was beyond greasy. It was not anywhere near deep, it was like having someone rub lotion into your skin in the same spot over and over, and did my face and hair with her hands covered in lotion. I really wanted to stop it and get up and leave it was that bad. Complete waste of money. Facility is ok, but I had no sandals in my locker either. Won’t be returning.

This place is awful! The staff is rude and snobby. I had a terrible experience here and would not recommend it to anyone. It was a waste of money! Try Massage Envy instead or splurge at Burke Williams. They actually care about their customers and pamper them.

LOVED my facial today! Spa Gregorie's is a hidden gem in Santa Margarita. From the moment we arrived, everything was perfection and the entire team AMAZING! Thank you SG's for a day of total Zen!

The hairstylist came highly recommended, however, the bangs were cut uneven. However, She was friendly and tried to accommodate my request. The salon is clean and well kept.

Someone bought me a gifts cards for Xmas, so I tried this place for the first time. The experience was ok. Was annoyed that they didn't let me use my gift card to tip, so now I have this nominal amount left on my gift card that I'll probably never use. Pretty iffy business practice.
