Most UNPROFESSIONAL office I’ve ever had the displeasure of visiting. The front desk staff was lcomplacent. As a new patient I asked for the new patient paperwork and the employee, who was not helping another patient, said she’d get it to me in a minute. Instead, she gets to it as they call me back to see the doctor and then hound me to finish the med history pages while I’m in the room! I should have walked out then but instead proceeded with the appt. They then send me to their lab downstairs so I ask about this lab being in network and they said it was. SURPRISE....I get a bill from my ins co and they tell me that a particular test was not covered! They’re rstionale is “it’s in the paperwork you signed”. What happened to being an ADVOCATE for your patient and advising that some tests may not be covered and provide the list of tests so they can be verified. Do yourself a favor and FIND ANOTHER GI GROUP - I cancelled my procedure and found Dr Abrams in Newport Beach. My friend also had bad experience here and left.

I went on their website to request an appt. When someone finally called back they left me a message saying the doc didn't have anything available until the end of July but other docs were available and to call back. SoI've been calling all day. I can't get anything more than a voicemail. So I press 0 in hopes of being transferred to an operator since it didn't matter which doc I scheduled with. I get another voicemail. I press 0 again and get transferred to this rude lady that won't even transfer me to a live person. Even after I told her I had done exactly what she was telling me to do. Who runs a business like that?? I will be taking my business elsewhere because if scheduling an appt is this hard I'm not interested!
