This group was recommended by my orthopedic surgeon as an option to avoid shoulder surgery. What a great call it turned out to be. The staff is responsive and in a handful of visits they gave me back the confidence I needed to start doing my exercises and regain much of the use of my shoulder without doing surgery. Another thing I appreciated is that they have physical therapy interns there learning the trade under the supervision of the fully trained specialists. Getting to hear how they teach and the detailed explanations about how and why the exercises they have me do to strengthen my shoulder made it more fun and interesting.
So thankful for this wonderful place. I tore my ACL and meniscus and was having a really hard time physically as well as mentally. Going to PT three times a week can be daunting, however I found myself looking forward to going because the people are so amazing and genuine! I really felt like Colton wanted the best possible outcome for me. He is truly skilled and knowledgeable, as are the other therapists. Shoutout to the aides for their exceptional attitudes, helping me when I couldn’t remember an exercise, and always cleaning something. You can’t go wrong with anyone here.
