I stopped by Rancho Santa Margarita Glass to get help drilling holes in a light fixture bulb cover I ordered online. The cover was suppose to have holes in it to hang on the fixture and it didn’t. I took it to RSM glass and he drilled holes in it for me right where I needed them without breaking the glass.

Told Jeff what I was looking for and he gave me a couple different options and prices. No pressure, gave pros and cons for each option. Made my decision, paid and had the item in two days. I was quoted four to five days at other south county locations. Glass is of very high quality and clear. Will definitely be calling them first for future projects.

I needed help with 2 windows that weren't working and repair for a shower door. Jeff was professional, friendly and so helpful! My issues weren't easy fixes and he persevered helping me until we got all 3 issues solved. I highly recommend this company.

Was in need of a replacement mirror for one that was broken in our Airbnb unit. Talked to Jeff over the phone and then brought it in. Jeff was so helpful with an honest quote and very upfront with the pricing. Even though the replacement mirror was out of budget, Jeff still took the time to clean out the old glass and fix and secure the existing frame! He gave me some very helpful suggestions and even returned the frame intact (without the mirror), and didn't charge me for doing that. I would highly recommend this store for any of your glass or mirror repairs. Fair and honest business that is greatly appreciated!!

We had RSM Glass out to repair a sliding glass door. After completing the job and paying $800 in full, we realized the sliding "screen door" was now off track and would not close. Called them back and they sent someone out to fix it. When we checked later we discovered the screen door was now missing altogether and they claim complete ignorance, saying they never had anyone out to check/ fix the screen door. One employee confirmed they knew about it & told us if it did go missing they would owe us a new door. When we tried to get it replaced it went up the chain to Wiley and he claims it wasn't them. Really ??? End result, we lost a screen door and they lost us and many of our friends and neighbors for years to come as customers. Complete idiots !!!
