I loved my first experience and appt with Penrod. The entire staff was pleasant and kind from the front desk to your dental chair. They created an easy, warm, inviting environment that makes you feel cared for when you leave. My dental hygeniat Chifan was the best! She calmed my dentist anxiety.
My Dentist, Dr Andrew Kong was sooo great! He tool the time to explain in detail the plan of action and explanation to fix any areas of concern. Truly making me feel like he was putting my best interest first and being conservative and preventative with my care. I’m always so impressed with the professionalism and care I receive from those that work on me at Penrod. Yesterday I went in to have a chipped tooth filed down a little. They were very conservative and would file, let me see until I was satisfied.
Went to the counter to pay, no charge.
What? Nothing is ever gratis.

I recently went in for a tooth exam on 6/30 and it was discovered that I actually needed my wisdom tooth extracted! Dr. Yau was my dentist that day and I can’t begin to express not only how awesome she was? But the entire office. Everyone there was very pleasant and welcoming. Everything was throughly explained and I didn’t feel any pressure whatsoever. I’m very grateful to Dr. Yau and the entire Penrod Team! You’ve got yourselves a new addition! I highly recommend!
