Update** After leaving this review Dr. Pak reached out to my wife apologizing sincerely for not listening to her back in March. My wife and I believe he was genuinely trying to do what he thought was best at the time, he just made the wrong call. Thank you Dr. Pak for being humble enough to reach out to my wife and offer her your apologies. We really appreciated it and my wife (Kierstyn) feels heard and validated.
If you want your pockets wiped out with nothing accomplished you came to the right place! My wife came to this office and was told she had 4 cavities. They then proceed to tell her we are only going to take care of 2 of them because we “don’t take care of 4 at the same time” so they filled 2 of the 4 and told her we will give you medicine for the other two and “see what happens.” She is now in need of FOUR root canals because of their lack of urgency and ill advice to take care of the issue right then and there. Instead, they felt inclined to charge her for only 2, slip in a charge her for medicine to “see what happens” just so they can charge her for two more later on and potentially sneak in more charges on us. Our families have warned us about coming here saying they overcharge and don’t take care of issues. We experienced this first hand and can now say that is accurate. Save your money and loved ones from pain from coming to this place.

This is our first time at this office After having a really bad experience at another dentist. The staff was super helpful, very open and honest on everything that was required of us as a patient. Dr. Pak What kind and explained everything perfectly on what the plan would be for my daughter. We are so happy as a family to Have dentist that we can trust.
