Monse at More than a Fix in Irvine took excellent care of my phone problem. I dropped my Google Pixel 6 in a CVS parking lot and broke the screen. My phone had occasionally been overheating and Monse advised that the original battery had swelled. It took a while to locate a vendor for the battery but she persisted, found one and installed it, along with a new screen protector, and my phone is good as new. I realized that I will have to replace it next year because Google is now up to model 10, but I am disabled from cancer and need to put that purchase off for a bit. I recommend Monse and More than a Fix highly.
I walked in without an appointment and Guy immediately inspected my phone and quoted me a fair price to replace my battery and asked me to return in 1hour for the pickup. It was completed early and done perfectly. They are very kind, reasonable and professional. Will use again. Robert
“More Than A Fix” is very responsive. I sent in my 1st inquiry late in the evening and received response almost right away. Their assessment, estimated, and promised time were all very precise. To ensure data transfer was clean, James offered to rescan my drive over night for free and handed the work off to Jacob who worked the next day. Jacob was just as courteous. When I picked up the rescanned drive, he offered help in case I run into other difficulty with the drive in the future. Overall I am very happy with their services.
