CAP Alternative Therapy

I lifted something unexpectedly heavy the wrong way and wrecked my back, making pretty much any physical activity at all extremely difficult. When this didn't resolve itself at all on its own, a good friend of mine recommended CAP to me. Dr. Sanders was extremely personable and attentive, and after some specific adjustments, icing, and stretches, along with some time on a traction machine, I was completely pain-free just a few days later. I would return here for any similar problem--really, any sports or other injury at all!

Chuck and Dr. Grohmann are fantastic at what they do. I highly recommend their services for anyone dealing with an injury. Unfortunately, our situation required surgery but Dr. Grohmann was able to point us in the right direction and expedite a lot of insurance time lines. My daughter was back to competition in a bare minimum amount of time.

Chuck is the absolute man! He’s become a part of our family because of the huge impact he’s had on our health & his friendly demeanor. He is a fixer, point blank. I played D-1 basketball & dealt with excruciating plantar fasciitis that my trainer was unable to fix. My trainer got me to where I could play, but I endured so much pain.
